 Dam Battlegrounds Raid Guide

Dam Battlegrounds will be the first map that you encounter in the game. You'll be surprised by what you'll find. The smaller map increases the likelihood of encounters. Not to mention ARCs, who are a greater threat than any other player. It's especially important when you first start out. This Dam Battlegrounds map guide is designed to give you the most important information about it. We'll discuss loot types and mini- and not so-mini bosses. And we'll give you the best way to loot. Also, we will explain the Harvester Event and give you an extraction point list. Let's start!

 Dam Battlegrounds Loot List

ARC Raiders has a huge variety of loot. In fact, there's so much loot that we will cover it all in a separate Guide. We will describe the types of loot in this Dam Battlegrounds Loot Guide, as well as the best places to loot and share with you the best loot paths.

 Loot Types

Arc Raiders offers a variety of loot, compared to most other shooters. The game is primarily about creating your own stuff, rather than just buying it. Understanding your loot can help you to keep your inventory from becoming too bloated.

It's not enough to pay attention to rarity. Gray loot can be very useful at first, particularly in the beginning. Your backpack is small and you can easily fill it up with useless items. Do not prioritize future needs over the things you need today.

 Where to loot?

Maps in ARC Raiders show the best locations to loot. These polygons indicate the limits of the territory. They are either green or a red color. Loot is average at green locations such as Water Treatment Control Complexes, Power Generation Complexes, and Testing Annex. Locations in red, such as Hydroponic Dome Complex (also known as Hydroponic Dome Complex), Control Tower and Research & Administration all have the best loot. The locati0n's color also indicates the activity level in that zone. You will find more players and ARCs in the red zones.

You don't necessarily have to visit these locations in order to find the best loot. You can't rule out the possibility that it may spawn in another locati0n. It's possible to find a specific loot type where it shouldn’t. As an example, you can find Nature loot in the Industrial Zone. After all, here are some of the best locations to loot the Dam Battlegrounds map.

Research & Administration - Less intense, despite the fact that it is located in the same facility. Loot of commercial and technological items. On the second floor, there may be a weapon box in the staff room.

Pale apartments: While not visible on the map there is a large amount of Commercial loot and some Electrical and mechanical. It's a very chill place, since it is on the outer edge of the game map.

Dam Surveillance Room - It's located in the Control Tower. We created a separate area because this spot contains some of best loot available on the map. For you to reach it, you will need a Dam Surveillance code. You'll find a weapon-crate here every time.

Control Tower: The room at the top is always used for PvP. You can get five weapon crates in this area, along with rare materials, blueprints and other items.

It can spawn Nature, Security, and Industrial loot. You should know that some of the best loot is found in this game. This is your go-to place for upgrades and rare weapons.

South Swamp Outpost - A great spot to loot. You'll often find a field unlock in this area.

These places are certainly the best to loot. But are they the best for regular loot-runs? Some of them maybe. This chapter is for those who want to avoid many of the fights.

Best Loot Path on Dam Battlegrounds

We use this route when we just want to casually run and avoid any resistance. This route will probably become less chill after we post it, so take advantage of it while you still can. This doesn't mean that you won't encounter some combatants as there will always be people around. Surprisingly many people are not interested in fighting. Say that you are friendly and people will let you pass. You shouldn't worry much about people when there are ARCs around. This is the best way to loot Dam Battlegrounds.

Loot is plentiful at the bottom level of the Control Tower. Also, the keys may spawn at this locati0n. You may find keys for maps other than the one in which you found them. Keep an eye out for other Raiders.

Many industrial and mechanical items can be treated with Water Treatment Control. This can be skipped if there is no need to upgrade your system right now.

Rush to South Swamp Outpost. There is a chance of finding a weapon in one of its domes. You'll find a lot of medical supplies scattered around. Also, you can find the field crate unlocked place. They usually spawn nearby and offer the best loot.

This place is like a war zone because of the many potential weapon spawns. It's best to go there at the end of your journey, and if they haven't been looted yet, you may be in luck.

Find the nearest extraction point, and then return to Speranza. Extract points are important.

 Dam Battlegrounds Extraction points

In ARC Raiders, extraction is a key part of the gameplay. Other extraction shooters allow you to extract quietly. The sound you hear when you activate the extraction point is loud and meowing. You'll let everyone in the area know you've started a train for Speranza. It's here that the majority of fights take place. It's possible to try and convince people to not fight, as long as they aren't camping close to the area. Four extraction points are available in Dam Battlegrounds. The four points are in no particular sequence:

Swampside Elevator (Swampside Elevator): One of more dangerous Elevators, since it is located close to the Control Tower. This is where the vast majority of players will be. It is frequently guarded also by a Leaper. Only use it if time is a factor. It usually closes around 20 minutes since the beginning of your raid.

Red Lakes Balcony Lift : A favorite extraction point for people who do not want to fight at the Control Tower. It stays open for the longest.

North Complex Elevator - Generally safe because not many people use it. Most of the time, this is because looting opportunities are concentrated in the southern region of the map. It's also because you have to cross an open area without any cover.

Swamp extraction: This is another point of extraction that remains up for a very long time. People tend to go there if they don't pay attention to the time remaining. It means people in this area have the most money. Before blindly calling for the extraction if you are one such person, observe. Many places are available for campers to hide. If you do find them, then kill them. There's no point pretending that you are friendly. Talk them out of a conflict if you see that other players are going in your direction. These are usually the players who arrived late and have a lot of loot, just like you. They don't want risk their loot.

Remember this: if your spawn time is later than 15 minutes, do not attempt to loot. All the looted places have most likely already been found. Try to camp near extraction points. The Swamp extraction is the best place to do that.

 Dam Battlegrounds Bosses

In the Dam Battlegrounds, there are only three bosses. A goofy Leaper is one, followed by the Rocketeer. And the unbeatable Queen. The three bosses are all significant threats, although one is far less dangerous. The Queen is the exception, as the bosses are almost always near the extracts. You can fight them by paying attention to your weapon stats. Some weapons are better against people and others against ARCs. Let's now talk about bosses.

 Leaper

This guy is entertaining to watch as well as fight against. You must be very careful. It leaps very far. Think again if you think that it's out of your reach. Once it is close, it will release a shockwave which can cause so much damage. It's likely that you will be knocked out afterward. Simple tactics will work. Leaper will not be able to get through the space you have created. Shoot the legs to expose weak spots. Its eye can be targeted. You'll also need tons of ammo. This means that you will make a ton of noise. It's not so much the Leaper that is the biggest threat, but other players.

 Rocketeer

The most dangerous miniboss on Dam Battlegrounds. This work is the one which killed the most people during playtests. The best way to defeat Rocketeer is not to engage it. It's a difficult battle if you need to fight Rocketeer or if the enemy has been spotted. It will launch a barrage rockets which are very damaging and you cannot avoid them. You can avoid the missiles if you listen to the audio cues. Just wait and stay behind cover. When the rocket barrage is over, you can pop out and fire its thrusters. Be aware that they are heavily protected. It's not just that this ARC is extremely hard to fight, it's also usually surrounded with smaller ARCs. Wasps and Hornets are common. Fighting the Queen is almost as difficult. Which brings us to the topic at hand.

 The queen

It isn't difficult to defeat the Queen. It requires time, ammo and preferably, a group. There is always at least one Rocketeer with it. Fun times. First, shoot the glowing nades and then target the minions. You can reveal the "brain" of the Queen after she has been knocked down. This can be done while the Queen charges her laser, or by shooting at her weak spots. Although the loot is some of the best, it can take so long to collect that you may be attacked repeatedly by other Raiders.

The best way to deal with bosses is by bombarding them with grenades. Although it is possible to defeat them using guns, the resources required are too high. We don't recommend encountering them in the early stages of the game.

 Dam Battlegrounds Harvester Guide

The Queen herself is quite docile. Unless you deliberately attack her. Only if she is forced to solve a mini-puzzle in the Harvester will she become aggressive. This is a Dam Battlegrounds Harvester Guide.

In the southeast of the map, Harvester can be found near Red Lakes. Queen ARC is a giant drone that looks like a spider. It guards the place where the puzzle happens. The big turbine is right there.

The doors of the turbine open and close according to a timer. You'll hear the signal after you enter the turbine. After you hear the signal, it will exhume fire from the turbine in all directions. It can sometimes launch an electrical charge which will damage your HP but kill your shields. Remove them before the attack. Be cautious, because fire can drain your HP very quickly. So, run away as soon it begins.

There are elevators inside the turbine that will take you up to an "upper deck" where you can find canisters. The canisters are located in breachable areas. Return to the central core once you have extracted a canister. You will need to interact to open the slots into which you will place the canisters. As soon as you have inserted all of the canisters, the yellow alarms start blinking. Then destroy them. The containers will be opened. You can also find blueprints to build new weapons.

Once the containers have opened, the core will prevent the cycle of damage. The turbine's inner workings can be safely looted afterward. Now you only need to leave this place. There are likely to be pesky raiders outside. Do not forget to kill Rocketeer first before heading to the Harvester. This should have been said at the beginning. You'll have a great time if don't stop reading.
