What Are Carbon Carbon Hot Press Molds?

Carbon Carbon Hot Press Molds are created using Grade T700 carbon fibers that undergo a specialized manufacturing process. The fibers are woven into preform ligands using 3D weaving techniques. These preforms are then subjected to liquid-phase deposition followed by high-temperature, high-pressure impregnation carbonization to form a durable, heat-resistant carbon-carbon composite material.
With a final density of 1.6–1.65 g/cm³, the resulting molds offer excellent structural integrity and resistance to extreme thermal and mechanical stresses. After undergoing rigorous testing under 2000–2300°C temperatures and 20–50 MPa pressures, the molds meet the stringent application requirements of industries like aerospace, energy, and ceramics.
